YLogLite is a professional application designed to optimize operational efficiency within transportation and delivery organizations, aiming to elevate customer service standards. Developed specifically for dispatch management and punctual delivery oversight, YLogLite incorporates advanced features such as real-time tracking, route and stop mapping, dispatch scheduling, and alert notifications.

The application enables users to view daily dispatch schedules, update the status of ongoing dispatches, monitor intermediate stops, and track current locations. It allows scheduling of future dispatches with alert alerts for upcoming tasks. Users can access dispatch information for specific dates or compare them with current day operations. To function effectively as a GPS tool, the app requires an internet connection to transmit location data to the server for processing and analysis. Synchronization with a web portal occurs at intervals defined by the administrator, facilitating comprehensive management.

Back-office administrators can oversee all assets in real time, making modifications such as adding new stops that immediately reflect on the field users’ devices. This real-time communication enhances responsiveness and operational agility.
